Youth Ministry Spotlight

Thank you for the resounding response to our Plunge Donation Board—we are still accepting items in the parish office, but

are so grateful for your response! We ask that you continue to pray for us as we

prepare to serve and for all those we will be serving. Our time in Interlachen will be difficult (and hot), but we know it will

be lightened by your prayer!

Classes will resume in September 11, 2019. Kindergarten through 8th grade will have

class on Wednesdays from 6:30 pm until 7:45 pm. Tuition (per immediate family) is :

$40/one student, $70/ two students, and

$95/ three or more students. Registration Forms are currently available in

the parish office and may be emailed upon request.

We would like to invite everyone who thinks about the well-being of our parish to join the Parish Council. You can sub-

mit your application to the parish office. On the application, please explain why you would like to become a member of the parish council. Place the application in an en-velope and address it directly to Fr. Adam Izbicki. Everyone is welcome to apply. Prayerfully consider a meeting one evening a month

Religious Educa on Spotlight

Anyone and everyone who handles food—this class is for YOU. A food safety class will be held in Bizier Hall on Tuesday, July 23rd from

The Spanish Com-m u n i t y (Salvadorans) are inviting YOU to come and celebrate with us our Patron (The Divine Savior

of the world) Monday, August 5th, at 7 pm. We will start the celebration with Holy Mass. Shortly after mass we will have a proces-sion with the patron to Bizier Hall. There will be food, dance, and oth-er fun activities. Hope to see you there!!

recibir los 3 sacramentos de Iniciación, o fue solo bautizado y no ha recibido ninguna catequesis por un año, puede iniciar el proceso dentro de este Programa por 2 años. Las sesiones para niños son los Domingos 11:40 A.M. Are YOU considering becoming Catholic? or you need 2 of the 3 sacraments of recon-ciliation? Contact Elia Vega, Coordinator of

MHR RCIA (Rite of Christian Initi-ation for Adults). For children and Adolescents, RCIA is a process that lasts 2 years. Children 7 years old and up that have not been baptized or baptized but not catechized. Sessions are on Sun-days from 11:40 am to 12:45 pm. Dismissal is required. New ses-sions begin August, 11/19. For adults that have not been bap-tized or need 2 of the 3 Sacra-ments of initiation, this process requires one year formation. The Sessions are on Mondays from 7-8:30. Call the office 786-1192.

In Need of Prayers

On July 27 and 28 after each Mass, we

will have a special blessing for your automobiles and motorcycles and all drivers. The blessing will take place at the round-a-bout by the tree as you leave the Church's property. Please be prepared to stop your vehicle for the blessing. You will receive a small souvenir with

prayer through the intercession of St Christopher who is the patron of all drivers. So mark your calendar to receive this very special blessing.
