    DESCRIPTION:

    A system designed to record and report on discrete acti!ities "ithin a process is called

    as Tracking System. In the same proced#re "e ha!e de!eloped a methodology of !ehicle

    speed $ direction system for robotics to control and achie!e acc#rate direction speed for

    a class of non%linear systems in the presence of dist#rbances and parameter !ariations by

    #sing "ireless comm#nication technie.

    In this methodology "e are #sing a micro controller, res#lting in the state traectory

    'sliding' along path%!arying slides on the s#rface. This idealized control la" achie!es

    perfect direction $ speed ho"e!er. The method is applied to the control of a t"o%link

    manip#lator handling !ariable loads in a fle(ible man#fact#ring system en!ironment.

    In o#r proect "e #se I) sensors to detect the presence of a !ehicle. According to this

    proect, 2 I) sensors are placed apart "ith a fi(ed kno"n distance. *hene!er I) rays are

    interr#pted by a !ehicle d#ring first sensor the co#nt #p timer is started. *hen the other

    I) sensor senses the presence of !ehicle, the co#nt #p timer is stopped. As the distance

    and time the I) recei!er recei!es the I) signals is noted by microcontroller and from that

    "e need to calc#late speed. Here speed is calc#lated from the "ell kno"n form#la of

    speed "hich is distance+time.In this circ#it "e are #sing - display for indicating the speed. It is easy to set #p

    and s#pports the reired hard"are. To design a !ehicle that s#pports the ne"est

    technology a!ailable "ill be more e(pensi!e than boards that are already close to

    obsolete.
