Staff RecommendationStaff recommends that the Board authorize the Executive Director to make contract awards for two IFB’s not-to-exceed a combined total of $450,000 for: 1) construction contract for the refurbishment of the 810 Mission Avenue third floor and 2) purchase of office furniture to meet the District’s furniture needs.
