I am a member of the European Fencing Confederation (EFC) SEMI-commission since 2013. I have participatedas SEMI delegate in the following European championships:- U23 championships in Tbilisi, Georgia 2014- Cadet and Junior championships in Maribor, Slovenia 2015- Senior championships in Torún, Poland 2016I was responsible for the weapon control in the last Grand Prix in Epée in Stockholm, Challenge Bernadotte, in2012 where I worked closely with StM who provided the wireless equipment used in the competition.I am a member of the Swedish MRS (Material, Rules and Safety) commission to the Swedish Fencing Federation.This committee is responsible for handling matters related to the use of fencing equipment, proposing new rules,and for the general safety of fencing in Sweden. We have active dialogues with other fencing federations as wellas fencing equipment manufacturers.I am the chairman of the Swedish referee commission since 2014 and in that position I am a co-opted member ofthe board of the Swedish Fencing Federation.I passed the examination to become an FIE B referee in Epée in Jerusalem in 2014.I am the competition director of the only remaining FIE competition in Sweden, the Satellite World Cup for Seniormen and women, SAF-pokalen and Rehbinderska priset, held in January of each year. Brief Biography,I am fencing since I was 9 years old. I was an active competitive fencer in Foil until the age of 29. I represented mycountry, Israel, in few World Championships and World Cups.In 1984, I graduated from college as a computer programmer. With my retirement from competitive fencing, Istarted to coach children. In the early 90’s, I finished a coaching course (I have a certificate of completion).In 1989, I successfully passed the Foil referee test, and in 2008 I successfully passed the Epee test, and in 2014 Isuccessfully passed the SABRE test referee. Currently, I have a very rich and worldwide referee career. Li has been one of the world’s foremost armorers in the world for the past four decades. iii My professional experience as a Project Manager in the exhibitions industry, as well as a marketing andbranding consultant, has equipped me with the necessary skills to perform the functions at the highest levels ofsport – from management of elite athletes; to matters of public relations; to developing a vision for the growth ofsporting performance in Singapore; and critical technical on site expertise for chemical processing and oil & gasindustries.

iv My education is in Mechanical Engineering and International Marketing; My team and I have had the honour oforganizing and hosting the successful Asian Fencing Championships 2015, two weeks after the SEA Games.Held in Singapore for the first time, we have had tremendous support from you, our regional friends with 27participating countries, 356 fencers, and 81 teams. I have been able to put to good use my technical interest andexpertise in the setup despite facing challenging situations.
