Applications for the 2018 spring and fall season must be received no later than March 29 and June 22 respectively. These deadlines must be met in order to guarantee receipt of your licence before the season opens (note that one licence covers both the spring and fall). Applications received after these dates are not guaranteed to be processed before the season opens. Do not include this application with a moose or caribou application. For individuals intending to submit black bear applications for multiple areas, use additional forms by photocopying this form or printing a form from our website at www.flr.gov.nl.ca/wildlife/hunting/bearapplication.pdf. Online applications can also be submitted at www.wildlife.gov.nl.ca.
2018 Resident Application for Black Bear Licence for the Island of Newfoundland
Enclose licence fee of $44.85 ($29.15 for seniors aged 65 or older) per application. Make cheque or money orderpayable to Newfoundland Exchequer Account. Fees include HST.
