For individuals intending to submit black bear applications for multiple areas, use additional forms by photocopying this form or printing a form from our website at www.flr.gov.nl.ca/wildlife/hunting/ bearapplication.pdf. Online applications can also be submitted at www.wildlife.gov.nl.ca. 2018 Resident Application for Black Bear Licence for the Island of Newfoundland Enclose licence fee of $44.85 ($29.15 for seniors aged 65 or older) per application. Make cheque or money order payable to Newfoundland Exchequer Account. Fees include HST. The Department of Fisheries and Land Resources is committed to protecting personal information, which is being collected in accordance with section 61 (c) of the Access to Information and Protection of Privacy Act, 2015 (ATIPPA, 2015) and will be used in the assessment for licensing.
