8 th Grade Band Fly-Up’s February 11 th The high school band program is flying up 8 th graders from all their feeder programs for a day of high school band! The purpose of this experience is to provide students with an insight into high school band, regardless of where they may go to high school next year. It is a great opportunity for students to see what great things are in store, and what their options are! Students will need their instruments, music, and a sack lunch! No concert dress or uniform required. 11:00am Dismissed from period 2 Load buses 11:15am Pick up at HPMS, head to SRHS 11:25am Drop half at SRHS, continue to MHS 11:35am Arrive MHS, unload and eat 12:00pm Begin clinic with MS/HS bands combined 12:30pm Begin sectionals 1:00pm HS Performs 1:20pm Q/A session 1:50pm Pack-up, load bus 1:55pm Depart to SRHS 2:05pm Pick up at SRHS 2:15pm Arrive at HPMS Go to 5 th period
