Visegrad is also known after the Andricgrad complex – a townlet within the town of Visegrad projected by the famous film director Emir Kusturic (just like the Drvengrad) and inspired by works and character of Ivo Andric’s novel. Andricgrad is actually a vision of how Visegrad would have looked like today if the Renaissance and other historical periods had not gone by.
