In the event of a dispute, auction officials will determine the

successful bidder.

lowing the closing of the silent auction at the registration desk.

Items will be carried away from the event by winning bidders.

Bidders assume any and all risks and hazards related to any

items obtained at the auction and agree to waive any claim for

liability against St. Pius V Parish and any individuals associated

with St. Pius V Parish or auction.
