I mean, weshould at least get a day off to mourn what issolely responsible for RUINING our spring-‐<mea\tudes. I can’t even look at a Lilly Pulitzer dressright now. Moving on…

It’s apparently a big secret what’sin this thing, so I’ve been told you just have to gothere, and pay a_en<on to what the expertbartenders are pouring in. Their special touch?Basil. Mmmmmm. #sofresh

Well, isn’t this appropriate! The folks over atSweetwater Bar and Grill are fully aware of life’sinevitable burdens, and they’ve created a cocktailthat allows you to tackle the problem mouth first.This delicious concoc<on is made with earl grayinfused vodka (YUM), St. Germain (double YUM),stone pine liqueur, fresh lemon juice and housetonic. And look, they even added cute li_le flowerson top of the grave. I mean, drink… You’ll befeeling surprisingly alive aMer taking this onedown. I know from experience.

Alright, I know. This isn’t in Palm Beach. But it’sclose enough! How could I possibly resist adding acocktail to my list that has (wait for it) SRIRACHAin it?! I just couldn’t. Especially when they’readding other ingredients like FRESH watermelonjuice and (everyone’s favorite) PATRON to the mix.There’s nothing like being refreshed while alsoge\ng a swiM kick in the ass.

Tap 42’s Boca Raton loca<on, where they have a bangin’ (off

the menu) jalapeno margarita. It’ll do the trick.

Speaking of swiM kicks in the ass, let’s talk aboutthe Stoli Doli for a hot second. See that vat in thebackground? That’s pineapple (doli) soaking invodka (stoli). The sweet fruit marinates in its vodkabath for a few days before being poured out,shaken tableside, and served in a delicate mar<niglass. Now, there aren’t any other ingredients inthis drink, just pineapple infused vodka. So, this isbasically the most dangerous (and delicious) drinkever, posing as what seems like straight pineapplejuice. You’ve been warned.

Looking for more bang for your buck? For $10,Palm Sugar says “to hell with this cup”, and givesyou the equivalent of a few drinks inside achildren’s beach bucket. Now that’s ingenuity! Thebest part is, whatever your drink of choice is, theycan put it in this bucket for you. The op<ons areseemingly endless! The added bonus? It’s also asouvenir. So take that ish with you, and savorevery moment.

7. The Quaalude 190 at Salt7 inDelray Beach

Were those other cocktails not nearly enough toease your pain? Try a Quaalude. No, really. At theSunday brunch at Salt7, ratherthan offer only standard bo_le service, they arenow serving epic cocktails that serve an en<retable and come with a show. This par<cularcommunity cocktail is made with vodka, rum, bluecuracao and pineapple juice, and is garnished withgummy bears, Swedish fish, a plethora of strawsand dry ice. Forget drinking, just looking at thisthing is making me forget about tax season.But don’t worry, you’ll drink it. And you’ll be happyAF. Ubers highly recommended.

Don’t you feel be_er knowing that liquid help isjust a short distance away? I sure do. One (or afew) of these cocktails is sure to get you back toyour chipper self again.
