The coffee blends

TIME 100% ARABICA

Finissima arabica tra cui: Brasile, Colombia, Etiopia.Consistenza vellutata, aroma ricco, toni agrumati e fioriti, retrogusto di frutta secca (mandorla in prevalenza) e cioccolato a latte. Miscela ideale da bere amara proprio per la dolcezza intrinseca dei chicchi utilizzati. Nel caso si aggiunga lo zucchero aver cura di limitarne la quantità. Il contenuto di caffeina è molto basso, intorno all’1%.

Extra fine Arabica whose countries of origin include Brazil, Colombia, Ethiopia. Compact, smooth texture, a pleasant but not overpowering aroma of milk chocolate. It leaves a lingering aftertaste with overtones of cocoa and dried fruit (mainly almonds) as well as citrusy and flowery hints. Perfect to be tasted with no sugar thanks to its beans natural sweetness. If you drink it with sugar do not exceed with quantity. The caffeine content is very low, around 1%.

Grand Cru di finissime origini di Arabica e Robusta tra cui: Brasile India ed Etiopia. Corpo importante e morbido, toni speziati e finemente acidi, retrogusto intenso e persistente di cacao amaro con note di liquirizia. Con l’aggiunta dello zucchero il PEOPLE acquisisce una rotondità perfetta esaltando i toni di frutta secca delle origini centroamericane (nocciola) e l’equilibrio degli aromi. Per 7Gr. questa miscela rappresenta l’interprete della migliore cultura italiana dell’espresso e quella ideale da utilizzare per il cappuccino e le bevande a base di latte.

Grand Cru of high-quality Arabica and Robusta beans whose countries of origin include Brazil, India and Ethiopia. Aromatic, rounded, vibrant body; a delicately spiced lingering aftertaste and fine acidity in the finish with hints of bitter cocoa and liquorice. Adding sugar (less than 5 grams) increases body and roundness on the palate enhancing dried fruit notes (hazelnut) from Central American origins with a great balance of flavors. For 7Gr., this particular blend represents the best interpreter of the espresso Italian culture as well as the perfect one for cappuccino preparation and other espresso-based varieties.

Miscela di caffè decaffeinato con origini da Centro America e India. Un caffè dal corpo pieno, presenta una delicata e persistente aromaticità, con un fine retrogusto. Il processo di decaffeinizzazione depaupera (attraverso il lavaggio dei chicchi) gran parte del DNA della miscela. Tuttavia, grazie all’utilizzo delle stesse esclusive origini del PEOPLE opportunamente miscelate, l’ALWAYS mantiene un profilo organolettico sufficientemente ricco e stupisce il palato per la sua personalità, comunque riconoscibile e apprezzabile da chi, pur amando l’espresso, preferisce rinunciare alla caffeina.
