with work arounds to any issues! • Culture was to simplify the business process,

reduce complexity• Make the cost of modification very visible

• Maintenance effort reduced• Reduced Risk (upgrades, change impact)• Our Audit requirements have been reduced• We upgrade regularly to take advantage of new
