Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS).

Training
■ Make copies of completion certificates ■ DD214 with course title, date, and # hours of training
is usable ■ Number of course hours and date completed
■ Scanned copy, fax, email or hand carry acceptable for training only

Wait 30 days after completing training to allow the personnel data system to update
Review your records periodically and update missing or inaccurate information using MyBiz or your Career Brief
It is your responsibility to ensure your personnel records (Career Brief) are accurate and up-to-date

Education
Adding official transcripts from school to DCPDS Best if transcript is sent to employee, not Education

■ Force Development Office verifies transcript Makes a copy, and returns original to employee
Any amount of credit hours can be added
For degree to be added, transcript must show the date the degree was awarded or conferred
Take official transcript to civilian Force Development Office. (Doesn’t have to be in sealed envelope)
