Green Chile Sauce: We combine our New Mexico Green Chiles with tomatoes, carmalized onion, chicken stock, and spices to create a rich and flavorful compliment to any dish.

Hatch Green Chiles: This is our house favorite. A thick and smoky blend of fire roasted New Mexico chiles, carmalized onion, and spices. Add it in your next burrito.

Castãno: Olers original Brown sauce made from chicken base, carmalized onion, mild chile powder and garlic. We have had this available from the beginning (1981), a time tested recipe. We serve it with all of our homemade Tamales. Add it on a Beef & Been Enchilada. You’ll like it!

Red Chile: A smooth deep red sauce made from New Mexico Red Chile Powder. Good with beef. We recommend it on our Cowboy Dinner.

Creamy Jalapeño: A blend of fresh jalapeño and bell peppers, celery, onion, cilantro in a creamy white sauce. We think it’s best with chicken but believe me it’s good on everything!
