The Seven Rays

The archangels are the messengers who bring us the intelligence ofthe universein a simple and practical way. They represent the seven principles ofGod'sfoundation - Power, Wisdom, Love, Purity, Healing, Service andForgiveness -also known as the Seven Rays Of Enlightenment.

These rays are the seven rainbowcolors and each color is guided by an Archangel.Imagine the Godhead, the Source, as pure white Light.

In much the same way asnormal light is refracted through a prism into seven colors, so toois theSource Light refracted to earth in seven basic colors. Each of theseseven rays bringsa different aspect of the Godhead to us here on earth. Each ray alsofocusesmore intensely on the earth on a special day of the week. Think ofthe earth asa spinning prism and every day a new color or aspect of the Godheadis moreintensely focused than the other rays. The traits of the ray and thespecificarchangel are stronger on that particular day of the week.

Remember how we said each archangel and archeiai serve on one of theseven rays?Well in much the same way as we here on earth work in pairs, male andfemale, tobring forth new life, so too do the archangels and archeiai worktogether as apairs to introduce the quality of their ray into human consciousness,together.You, just like everyone else, have a special alignment with one ormore of theserays / qualities, which to a large extent determines your path andyour servicework while you are incarnate here. Your missions are aligned with theprominentray colors and qualities of the rays with which you are resonatingnow. We canall benefit to learn with which ray(s) or Godly attributes we have aspecialconnection or resonate.

Each of us resonate with one or more of the archangels andconsequently theray(s) which they represent.

If we use our connection to these archangels with

which we resonate to, and that particular path(s) of the rainbow, ourownspiritual progress will be greatly accelerated.

These awesome beings, these angelic hosts are the ones who step downthe tremendous energy and highfrequencies from the God Source, down to a level where we can accessthisinformation and then further our own progress along our journeys.These beingsof Light are our caretakers, our guides and our support structures.They, alongwith many others support us in every second of every day of ourlives, whetherwe are aware of their presence or not.

The seven rays can also be matched with your seven major chakras. Theeasternerssay that when each chakra is perfectly tuned, the body is in utterbliss. Sotoo, the balance of the 7 rays can bring us to a higher level ofconsciousnessand we can experience more of a connection to the God Source. Thechakras servethe purpose of anchoring the seven force-fields and qualities of theseven raysof Light into our bodies, directly from the Godhead.

When our chakras are perfectly aligned and spinning along the spine,they infuseour being with vitality and pure energy from God, creating wellness,health andharmony in our bodies, minds and spirits. In this way they give usthe capacityto express the qualities of these rays within our world.

The Three-Fold FlameThe seven rainbow rays each have individual powers and qualities butthey alsowork together very well. Pink, Yellow and Blue form a powerful triadof Love,Wisdom and Power, These three attributes of God actually blend in theHeartchakra to form the Sacred Three Fold Flame.

The blue ray is governed by God'srighteous warrior, Archangel Michael and his complement Faith, thepink ray byArchangels Chamuel & Chastity and the Yellow ray by ArchangelsJophiel &Christine. The Three-Fold Flame is the spark of life, seated in theHeart centerof the body. It anchors the intrinsic qualities of God inside each ofus.

The First Ray - Sapphire Blue

The first solar ray represents the power and will of God as well asthe power of

faith and protection. Power is the force behind action and movement.It is themotivation in all that we do. The sapphire blue ray brings down God'spowerwhich is never harmful. It emanates most strongly on Tuesday and isgoverned byArchangel Michael & Archeiai Faith. Rulers, executives and publicservants areusually found working under this ray. The Second Ray - Golden Yellow

Light means and end to darkness.Enlightenment meansthe end of ignorance. Once we are wise, we have no fear. Ignorance,fear andgreed brings about war, prejudice and hatred. feeling of oneness with others. The Sixth Ray - Ruby - A Combination of Purple & Gold

The 6th ray represents the majestic virtues of God's grace, devotionandministration. It is also known as the GRACE FLAME for it blazes forththequalities of mercy, compassion and loving protection. It promotes adesire tocontribute to life through selfless service to God and our fellowman. Thosewho work under this ray are ministers, teachers, psychologists,missionaries,lawyers, public servants and social workers. Also blue collarworkers, ranchers,farmers, business- men and woman. The ruby ray also represents theuniversal lawof cause and effect known as karma. Karma is the result of ourconsciousness inaction. Itteaches us that we are accountable for determining our fate throughwhat wechoose to think, feel, say and do. We learn from karma how to correctourselvesand behave in the best interests for all mankind. The Seventh Ray - Violet

The seventh solar ray represents freedom and forgiveness. It is alsoknown asthe VIOLET FLAME or as Violet Fire. It plays a powerful role in"divine alchemy"which is the action of transforming ourselves from a lower to ahigher state ofconsciousness. This ray is most active on Saturdays. It is ruled bythebenevolent angels of invocation, Archangel Zadkiel and ArcheiaiAmethyst. The

violet ray is also an aspect of the Holy Spirit, which stands forforgivenessand transformation in the Holy Trinity. This ray is the divinealchemy thattransmutes misqualified (misused) energy back into its pure state asitoriginally came forth from God. The seventh ray of freedom will bethe mostactive and predominant energetic vibration of the earth during thenext 2000year cycle, known as the seventh cycle or the return back to God. I AM (7 Rays & Great Invocation)

In the teachings of theosophy are descriptions of an occult hierarchy that exists in the world.In describing the world, there is a description of the sevenfold division running through al1things and this appears also in the Great White Brotherhood. In the hierarchy the seven Raysare clearly distinguished. The first of ruling Ray is governed by the Lord of the World. TheSecond Ray is headed by the Lord Buddha. The title of Chohan is given to those Adepts whohead Rays Three to Seven.

"The essential thing to understand is that there is a certain sevenfold division of everythingthat exists in the manifested world, whether of life or matter. All life which exists in our chainof worlds passes through and belongs to one or other of Seven Rays, each having sevensubdivisions. In the universe there are 49 such Rays, making, in sets of 7, the seven GreatCosmic Rays flowing from or through the 7 Great Logo. In our chain of worlds, and perhaps inour solar system, only one of these great Cosmic Rays is operating, and its sub-divisions areour 7 Rays. Each of us has come forth from the Eternal into the manifestation through one ofthe Rays."

The fourth Ray is under the care of the Mater Serapis. The particular characteristic of this Rayis harmony and beauty. The Master Jesus rules the Sixth Ray, that of devotion. This is theRay of the devotional saints and mystics of every religion. The Head of the Seventh Ray isthe Master the Comte de St. Germane. He works to a large extent through ceremonial magic.The particular quality to be developed is that of ordered service. All of the qualities will have tobe developed in each of us in due time. In the seven Planetary Logo certain cyclic changesperiodically occur. There seems to be an infinite number of possible permutations andcombinations of them.

The earth is preparing for its ascension or increase in vibration and its inhabitants are as well.It would be well to remember that " we are not humans having a spiritual experience, butSpirit having a human experience." In order to ascend with the physical body, we mustincrease its frequency to that of the Light Body. A change in consciousness is also involved. Itinvolves a change in awareness of what reality is and how illusion is created so that it can bechanged:

" now most of the energy making up your physica1 body is assimilated from the food you takein, but increasingly, that energy is being projected. Here's how it works: the Spirit levels ofyour being project conscious energy units into your physical field and direct then to form thecellular structures, rather than using the energy of proteins, starches, and so on from thedigested food. Your spirit self is systematically converting the cells of your body to beingfueled by projected energy rather than by digested energy. This projected energy is derivedfrom the energy behind the radiation which you know as light. As a result, you are beginningto form what is often called a Light Body"

Energy Fields and Emotional Fields: As an example, anger can spring from apparentlynowhere. You may be picking it up from someone who happens to be in your field. The anger

isn't yours and can be dumped very easily. You can spin your emotional field to centrifuge itout, declaring that your release the energy back to the universe. Feel it drain away. Releasingyour own anger is almost as easy. But first, you must realize that h is only energy and thatenergy loves to move. It hates being still. Also, realize that this energy is not yours, but onlyon loan for the moment. Spin your fields and declare to yourself:

"This anger ( or fear, jealousy, etc.) Is not me or mine. I release it back to the universe."

If an emotion feels good to you are picking the energy up from another source: Spirit.

The “Unified Chakra” involves merely expanding your heart Chakra to encompass all theothers.

Karma: The law of karma need not be a cruelty for a cruelty. It may just as easily becompensated for by and act of kindness or forgiveness on the part of a victim And rememberthat your spirit selves operate in simultaneous time. Focus time so that an act can bebalanced by what you perceive as an earlier time.

The Law of Grace: The energy of Grace Elohim allows you to shed old energy and to breakany old karmic agreements you have with any others.

Shame: The important thing about this shame is to know that you inherited it in your genes.When you feel any kind of shame, it's not " you", but just another energy to be released fromyour fields. Another way to support yourself when shame comes up is to sense your truepower. Ask Spirit for ever-increasing capacity to do whatever it takes. Secondly, call onDestroyer Force angels to spin the energy out of your fields. After a few seconds you will feelmore calm and more subtly powerful. Let this sense flow through your body and visualize itfilling the void in your cells left by the released shame.

ASCENSION: Your conscious role is to clean out your lower fields, get them aligned, andprepare them to handle the massive influx of high frequency Light energy. Spirit's role is toflood these fields with your own energy and complete their alignment. Breaking Old Patterns

The purified Chakra allows you to do this and bring more energy in. Get in relaxed positiondeep breathing breathe Light into the heart Chakra With out breath, visualize heart Chakraexpanding as a sphere. Deity. The Wisdom Teachings speak of them as the Seven Rays and theyare dominant conditioning and qualifying factors in our lives. But not onlythis; they are, we understand, cosmic elements, reaching us from theunknown spheres of other systems, and no part of the life of our planet isunaffected by them.

In the same way as the seven colours are parts of the spectrum and theseven notes are tones of the octave, so these Rays are differentiations orqualities of the one divine Emanation. In some of the eastern teachingsthey are called the seven breaths giving life to all forms, and they havebeen referred to in various ways in different philosophies. It is these great"Energies" that St John called symbolically "the Seven Spirits before thethrone of God."

The Seven Rays, each carrying particular qualities and tendencies, areresponsible for the different psychological types. Several Rays willprobably influence us, but one usually predominates and gives the maincolouring to our character. There is a connection here with astrology ...the astrological influences carry these same streams of energy and ouralignment with particular Signs puts us more directly in touch with thesequalities.

The following summary only gives a very brief idea of each Ray, butserves to indicate their different types of influence.

First Ray: Will or Power

Purpose, positivity and leadership are the outstanding qualities of thisRay. It carries great strength and driving force, in fact it is sometimescalled the Destroyer. It is the Ray of the ruler and is particularly related tothe field of Government. Those who initiate undertakings and are found inpositions of power are especially aligned with this type of energy.

Second Ray: Love-Wisdom

This Ray embodies the building and relating qualities and is the blendingand inclusive energy that leads to true understanding. Its strength is

through persistence and it radiates the spirit of relationship and theattractive quality of Love. On this Ray are found the lovers of Truth andthose who seek the path of Wisdom; the Teachers, Healers andPhilosophers are the exponents of its magnetic energy.

Third Ray: Active Intelligence

This energy carries an underlying impulse towards both mental andphysical activity. A clear intellect and an ability to plan are itscharacteristics and a capacity for abstract thinking and intelligentorganising are this Ray's especial gifts. Its influence works particularlythrough economics and industry.

Fourth Ray: Harmony through Conflict

This is the Ray of beauty, art, and creative expression in all forms. It isthe energy which, through conflict, brings order out of confusion, harmonyout of discord, unity out of diversity. It finds its expression particularly inthe cultural field, but it also has great influence upon humanity as awhole, and brings about the achievement through struggle by which weevolve.

Fifth Ray: Concrete Knowledge and Science

This Ray is pre-eminently that of mind, critical ability and research. It isthe Ray of the keen and enquiring intellect that demands great accuracyand gives much attention to detail. Within this stream are found thoseworking in all the different branches of science.

Sixth Ray: Devotion and Idealism

Dedication and fanatical altruism are the main impulses of this Ray. Itcarries a militant one-pointedness and intensity, and furthercharacteristics are devotion and a spirit of service. It is the Ray of thecrusader and the idealist and is the great force within Religion.

Seventh Ray: Ceremonial Order and Ritual

This is the Ray which links spirit and matter and it works through law,organisation ane ritual. Those under its impulse delight in order andperfection of form. Since it is concerned with the concretising of energy,finance comes within its province, as well as all ceremonial activity.

This gives the general picture of the Rays, but they are many-sided andtoo complex to be fully portrayed in a short summary. It must be added,however, that their energies can work out as detrimental tendencies aswell as valuable qualities. For example, First Ray energy may activate thestrong, courageous leader, but may equally well stimulate adversely theambitious, arrogant dictator. Upon our response to these great forces andour handling of them depends how they manifest.

There are many interesting relationships and correspondences which canbe followed up in connection with the Seven Rays. Their influence is felt inall kingdoms of nature and recognition of their conditioning energies givesus new insight into our fellow humans as well as ourselves. Study of themwill be at the roots of New Age psychology, for understanding of the Raysthat influence us individually will reveal both the bases of our problemsand our lines of potentiality, and will help us to meet the ancient Greek,yet ever current, demand—"Know thyself."
