Are we ready to make a splash?

We are an organisation that keeps talking about impact, about how we want to change the

world and how we create the leaders of tomorrow. But, are we ready to live up to the

challenge? We are said to have a big potential, but is it big enough and reaching it would help

us get there?

I personally believe we can. If we focus more on creating leaders than managers, if we help our

members to find that inner motivation that can move mountains, I truly believe that we can rise

up and become the butterflies everyone expects us to become. I think that now we just lost our

compass and we don’t know exactly how we can get to our destination. But once we find that, I

think we’re going to become unstoppable!
