integrate social and environmental concerns in their business operations and in their interaction with their stakeholders on a voluntary basis”;

- Stakeholders: shareholders, employees, customers, suppliers and distributors, local communities, competition, media, public, NGOs, government, other business partners;

- Employees as a one of the most important internal stakeholders.

An activity is favoured very strongly over another; its dominance demonstrated in practice.

9 Extreme Importance The evidence favouring one activity over another is of the highest possible order of affirmation.
