* Number of regional stations can be reduced

* More Urban stations necessary

* Street models (CAR) needed to extrapolate results from street stations.

* Definition of agglomerations open for interpretation, definition of physical agglomeration in combination with administrative units preferred.

* Choice of zones in the Netherlands as a combination of provinces
