6L90E – 300mm Enhancements
• All 300mm for 6L90E have brazed turbines– 6L80E does not braze turbine
• All 300mm for 6L90E have enhanced bearings:– Split Pump Side Bearing with Thicker Races– Thicker Turbine Side Bearing Race
• Single Face TCC is used for 6.2L gas (3 lugs)• 6.6L & 4.5L V8 diesels use:
– Twin Face TCC– 6 Lugs – New 292mm bolt circle and lug height
