Parish Information

New Members: We are delighted to have you join our parish family! Registration forms are available in the narthex and in the parish office. They can be mailed, turned into the parish office, or dropped in the collection basket. Come by the church office for a Welcome Packet. Mass Intentions: Please stop by the parish office to offer a Mass intention for a loved one. Baptism: Family must be registered and participate in the life of the Parish. For more information on specific requirements, baptismal preparation, class dates and available Baptism dates, contact the parish office.

Matrimony: Arrangements must be made at least six months prior to the wedding date. Couples must schedule an appointment with the parish priest to secure a date on the parish calendar and begin preparation. Hospital/Homebound/Nursing Homes: Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion take communion to the homebound. Family members should call the parish office to inform us about those who are ill.

Altar Flower Donations: To honor or memorialize a loved one with a gift of altar flowers, call or stop by the parish office. Arrangements are $80.

Bulletin and Pulpit Announcements: Items to be published in the bulletin or announced during Mass are due in the parish office by 9:00AM on FRIDAY the week before they are to be published.

Dear Parents,

We will begin

accepting registration

forms for the 2019-

2020 Religious Ed year

on May 5th. Registration will

be $50 per student which

includes the students’ book. K

-5th Grade will be collected by Alma Cruz in

the Religious Ed building every Sunday

starting the first weekend of May. Edge, Life

Teen and Confirmation Registration forms

will be collected in the office during business

hours. Monday, Wednesday & Thursday 9-4

and Friday 9-12. If you have any questions

please call 770-867-4876.

We have room for 10 more subscriptions for

the Magnificat. If you are interested in

receiving the monthly issues, please contact

Mike Gerke before any Sunday Mass or stop

by the parish office. The Magnificat contains

daily prayers (morning and evening), daily

meditations, information about the saints,

daily Mass readings(weekday and Sunday)

plus the Order of the Mass. Individual

subscriptions cost $47 per year, if ordered

direct from Magnificat. If ordered through the

church, you pay only $26 per year. Please

make checks payable to Saint Matthew

Catholic Church.

CLASES DE EDUCACIÓN RELIGIOSA

Marque su calendario! Durante el mes de Mayo a partir del domingo 5, estaremos inscribiendo niños para el

próximo año escolar 2019-20. Las inscripciones de K-5

grado se llevaran a cabo en el Edificio de Educación Religiosa todos los domingos después de cada Misa y

los martes de 5:00-7:00pm. La cuota de inscripción es

de $50 por niño/a. Para Edge & Life Teen se pueden inscribir en la oficina durante el horario regular de la

oficina parroquial.
