We received two fans and one shaft (the one to use for balance the first Fan on 05/2014) without keys in our Port Harcourt workshop. One new fan the 25th June and one old fan the 1st July to be balance. The shaft has a several seizing marks on the shaft contact area (see picture below).

For both fans we used:
- The same shaft - An entire standard sized key for fan side type: “parallel key, form C, 18x11x100” - Half key DE side is: “parallel key, form C, 18x5.5x80, NF E 27-656”
The balancing was made in cantilever, at a rotation speed of 600 rpm by adding of material.
2nd Fan: Rotor assembling and balancing.

After verification, the values of balancing are not in tolerance. We thus proceed to a new balancing.
Fan is ready to be sent.

Fan and shaft were assembly and ready to be balance.
3rd Fan:
After verification, the values were out of tolerance. We proceed to a new balancing. The fan has ready to be sent.
