The vendor/ Manufacturer shall check and provide dimensions suitable for accommodating latest online inspection tool (longest) including intelligent pig. Final dimensions shall be approved by Compny.3. Orientation of all the nozzles is indicative & shall be confirmed by company during Vendor's drawing approval stage.4. Indicated wall thickness for barrel & neck are minimum. Manufacturer shall check the same based on Pipeline design conditions & manufacturing requirements, and submit necessary calculations to Company Calculations to the company for approval.5. All carbon steel fittings and flanges made from ASTM A350 Gr. LF2 material shall be finish forged i.e. forged to the required shape.Machined fittings and flanges are not acceptable. Machining is permitted for weld end preparation and flange face finish preparation.8. Price quoted for Scraper trap shall be inclusive of supply, mounting and testing of pig signaller (without isolation valve type).9. Scraper trap shall be supplied inclusive of mounting and testing of pig signaller (without isolation valve type).10. All Weldolets shall be as per MSS-SP-97 & all Nippolets shall be as per Manufacturer’s Standard.11. Dimensions for all flanges shall be as per ASME B 16.5.12.
