Matters to be Referred to: Public Works Committee: 6.7 Councilor Herrick is requesting review of street lighting in the area of 20 th and Butler, north. (Contract to be submitted under separate cover) 7.2 Finance Director Vito submitting the 2015 Health Insurance Budget. 7.3 Planning & Port Director Serck recommending to waive the normal bid procedure and grant permission for the sale of City owned property at 625 Hughitt Avenue, to Arrowhead Printing for $39,900.

BUSINESS BY THE MAYOR 8.1 Mayor Hagen recommending the following committee appointments: Business Improvement District Board of Directors: Reappointing Aaron Dandrea; Community Development Block Grant (CDBG): Reappointing John Vaski, Mike Rayn, and Julie Johnson; and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Superior, RACS): Brett Brodeen 8.2 Carlson-Dettmann Consulting presenting proposed pay plan to be effective January 1, 2015, and seeking Council approval of pay plan and related information. a) Finance Director submitting the Costing of Salary Study recommendations. 9. BUSINESS BY COUNCILORS 9.1 Councilor Sweeney is requesting a report from the Public Works Director regarding events in 2014. (no document) 10. RESOLUTIONS 10.1 R14-13221 Resolution of the Common Council of the City of Superior Approving the Form of Notice to Lease Real Property (Fraser Shipyards, Inc. Phase III Dock Project). 11.
