All invoices incur a 20% service fee on food and beverage costs and are subject to 8.5% sales tax.
To secure our services, we require a 25% non-refundable deposit, 50% due 30 days prior to event and remaining 25% due 14 days prior to event.
Tastings cost $75 and include two full entrees or three hors d'oeuvres. Payment is due 1 week in advance to secure date and time. It is a 90 minute tasting and consultation for up to four guests.
Banquet style catering requires 21 days notice. We require at minimum 3 business days for last minute delivery catering orders and is based on availability.
We o�er pickup, delivery and delivery & set up (includes warmer rental). Delivery rates are dependent on distance from Brandon, FL.
