• There is NO one hour charge, minimum is 2 hours

• All rental equipment must be returned with a full

tank of fuel, or the renter is subject to additional

fees

• All equipment must be returned in the same

condition as it was rented out

• Equipment is to be cleaned prior to returning, or

the renter is subject to an additional cleaning fee

• When a rental item is not returned the same day,

it will become a 24-hour charge, excluding

weekend specialty rate

• Any questions, concerns, or issues may call

• Renter is responsible for reporting damage to the

Rental Department immediately

• Renter can opt in or out of the 10% damage

waiver fee (this is a benefit to our renters in the

case of Minor inconvenient damages)

• All rental items have the option of delivery, with

additional fees

• All rental deliveries are required to provide

payment at the time of reservation/contract

before the item leaves the rental department and

will not be charged until return
