The new 600V trench ultrafast IGBTs offer improved performance and higher efficiency for appliance and light industrial motor drive applications including washers and refrigerators. Co-packaged with a diode and available in DPAK and D 2 PAK packages, the new IGBTs feature a nominal current of 6A and a minimum short circuit rating of 5µs.
