that helps older adults and people with disabilities maintain

their health, happiness and independence in the place they

want to call ‘home.’

We offer services and support to Medicaid recipients and

qualifying individuals of all ages.

Unfortunately, due to limited funding, some services are not always available. Providers may target clients who are low-income, minority, over 75, female, live in rural areas and/or have a disability.

Serving Your Needs Mahoning County residents aged 60 and older are eligible to receive various services that allow them to continue living safely and comfortably at home, including personal care, assistance with chores, and home-delivered meals. Assistance is made possible with Title III funding through the Older Americans Act. There is no charge for services, but donations and/or cost share are encouraged to help us continue these programs.
