WINE AND BAR LIST Clients are able to select either a CASH BAR or a HOST BAR. The client preference must be submitted to Scanway Catering 72 hours before the event.

A CASH BAR is when the guests pay cash at the time of ordering a beverage from the bar.

A HOST BAR is when the client hosting the event is charged on beverages consumed during the function. A host

bar is subject to 16% service fee and tax above the cost of the beverages.

A bartender is charged hourly for both types of bars. The hourly bartender charge is $15.00 per hour. Bartender’s hours will be billed on set-up time, event time and tear-down time. This will vary from each event according to the events time line. The number of bartenders required for an event will be determined by Scanway Catering. Typically for every 50 guests another bartender will be provided for a bar service. Specialty drinks can be provided on the bar. Scanway requires one week notice for any special drink requests; Scanway will inform Hampton Inn & Suites on the cost to the guest for the specialty beverage.
