Jati, teak as it is known in the West, is perhaps Indonesia’s most popular hardwood with its golden appearance and fascinating grain patterns. The living areas in Villa Jati offer exceptional versatility. The Dining Area opens on to 2 decks - one adjacent to the swimming pool, the other to the rear garden - opening the large sliding doors creates an impressive 85m2 dining and entertainment space. The Media Room on the upper floor opens on to its own deck and the living room, and with the large sliding doors open transforms the Living Room into an impressive 80m2. Villa Jati has a total built-up area of 337m2.
