Minutes of 4th AGM in Barcelona:Following resolutions were adopted: •ISTAA registration in Switzerland as a formal association•approval of the ISTAA Founding Statute •accepting the financial balance for 2012•accepting the budget for 2013•all Active Members participating in the 1st General Assembly became the founding  members of ISTAA•the Board of Directors’ right to accept new members between AGMs•the ISTAA Board of Directors’ right to establish Projects (if any) and nominate Project Managers
