Give Kids the World

Dr. Phillips Rotary supports "Give Kids The World" by dishing Ice Cream at the facility in Kissimmee on the last Sunday of each month from 6:30 to 9:30PM.Please contact Michael, or captains listed on the home page of www.drphillipsrotary.org, to get yourself or your whole family signed up to help out.You're guaranteed to get back much more than you give!

Arnold Palmer Invitational

Dr. Phillips Rotary proudly participates each year as volunteers in our community tribute to Arnold Palmer and the PGA Tour. Our time in concession tents helpssupport our student scholarship programs

Dr. Phillips High School Community Night

In October, Dr. Phillips Rotary will be a primary sponsor of an evening of fun, football, music and food at the Bill Spoone Stadium, Dr. Phillips High School.The Bill Spoone Stadium is named after our fellow Dr. Phillips Rotarian and first Principal of the Dr. Phillips High School.

Christmas for Kids

This Christmas luncheon provided by Dr. Phillips Rotary feeds 20-25 exceptional and needy students from Tangelo Park Elementary School. This annual eventraises the Holiday spirits of the students and many Rotarians who attend. Students receive surprise gifts from Santa from a 'wish list' of gifts purchased by Rotarians.

Salvation Army Bell Ringing

Every Holiday Season Dr. Phillips Rotarians and Interact Students from Dr. Phillips High School spend a Saturday bringing...and ringing.. Holiday cheer tocommunity shoppers... filling the red bucket for Salvation Army community causes

A Gift for Teaching

Local teachers and students benefit from the strong support that Orlando and the Dr. Phillips Community provide in donating teaching supplies. Dr. Phillips Rotarianslend their support every year, lending helping hands to provide teachers with materials that otherwise would be personally supplied.

Author Series

Our annual Author Series features prominent authors in an interesting evening of presentations, discussions, food and beverage. The event is free to the public.

Adopt-a-PrecinctEvery primary and general election, Dr. Phillips Rotarians demonstrate their civic duty by adopting an entire voting precinct as volunteers. Wages from the Election Board come in one check to the Club, which we use to benefit community and international programs.

Teach-In DayEach fall Dr. Phillips Rotarians spend a morning donating their time to lead classes and discussions with students at Dr. Phillips High School.

Four Way Test EssaysEach year, Dr. Phillips area elementary students are challenged to write essays on the 4-Way Test of Rotary International. Winners present their essays at aClub breakfast to claim their awards and gift of a savings bond for higher education.

Dr. Phillips High School Drama and Athletic Departments

The Dr. Phillips Rotary Club has always supported the Drama Club at Dr. Phillips High School for a number of years. That involvement with the high school has beenexpanded this year to include contributions and support of the Dr. Phillips High School Athletic Department.
