similar area of work.” It’s done to have better competition.

Ministry of Tourism (MoT) recognize country’s
potential of cultural, historical, religious heritage
In due recognition of this potential, MoT
decided to create tourist circuits around specific
themes namely Krishna Circuit, Buddha Circuit,
Eco Circuit, Himalayan Circuit & Desert Circuit
Selected Kurukshetra Region under theme of
Krishna Circuit as famous battle of Mahabharat
took place in this region
MoT has approved project amounting ₹97.34
Cr. for development of tourism infrastructure at
Kurukshetra
Development of Braham Sarovar, Jyotisar,
Sanhit Sarovar & Narkatari proposed in first
phase
Brahma Sarovar denotes deliverance or
salvation
The Brahma Sarovar tank had sacred religious
traditions in Thanesar which laid emphasis on
bathing for internal and external ritual purity
According to Hindu Mythology, it is believed
that it is created by the creator of this Universe
Lord Brahma
It is believed to be the Cradle of Civilization
It is believed that a dip there during the solar
eclipse absolves one of all sins
About 10,00,000 people took a dip in the water
on 29th March 2006 which was a solar eclipse

The water body is edged with 20 ft wideplatforms, stairs and a 40 ft wide`parikarma’. In this section, a number ofmeditation chambers have been built for theconvenience of pilgrims
A sacred shrine dedicated to Lord Shivastands within the sarovar, accessible by asmall Bridge

Technical Eligibility
The Applicant should have at least three mural works of minimum 1000 Sq. Feet in Medium like Stone, Terracotta,
FRP, Metal, Glass, etc. for any government department in India for a Government / Semi Government Client.
The Bidder shall have
successfully completed
and installed at least:
One similar work each costing not less than 90 lakh. Or
Two similar work each costing not less than 45 lakh. Or
Three similar work each costing not less than 30 lakh
Sole firms are allowed to participate; No Joint Ventures are allowed

Bidder should have a minimum average annual turnover of Rs. 40,00,000 (Rupees Forty Lakh) in last three Financial
Years in similar area of work
Any business entity / individual which has been barred by HTC, Government of India, Government of Haryana or any
other State Governments or any of their agencies, from participating in similar projects, and if the bar subsists as on
the EOI due date, would not be eligible to submit an EOI
