5Cs in My Life

Among the 5 C’s, I prefer Character. I guess it is what gives perfection to the

remaining 4 C’s such as Commitment to Achieve, Collaboration, Creativity and

Competence.

Competence and creativity are easy to acquire. We learned them at school.

Almost everyone has that level of Competence and Creativity. It is that willingness

to go and do the extra mile that counts. And only a few are those with courage and

confidence who brave to go out their comfort zones.

Commitment to Achieve and Collaboration, on the other hand, works

successfully with the right character.

Character polishes your commitment to achieve by giving us that attitude of

perseverance, resilience, patience and focus.

It also helps us to be more understanding, and helpful in group activities,

uplifting every member’s spirit, and acknowledging every member’s contribution

thus achieving the mood of collaboration in the group.

And there is this passage that says, “God blesses those with good hearts”.

God looks kindly to those righteous people.
