Speech development, audience reception, and speech value

(Was the speech meaningful?)

Delivery (30%)

Physical presentation of the speaker, body language, voice

modulation, presenter’s manners at the podium

Language (20%)

Appropriateness and correctness of language, proper use

of grammar and Originality

The Speech must be more than 4 minutes and 30 seconds

and less than 7 minutes and 30 seconds

After 4 minutes, a green light or card will be displayed

After 6 minutes, an amber light or card will be displayed

After 7 minutes, a red light or card will be displayed and the

presenter will have 30 seconds to conclude the speech
