The development would include a 478,000-square-foot 28-story office building, a 400-unit residential building, and a 300-room hotel. Restaurants would line the streets and the development would incorporate an existing historic building.

424 BRANNAN EnnismoreThe proposed project consists of an eight-story hotel containing 239 guestrooms and 6,936 square feet of retail and restaurant space. It would include a mid-block passage between Ritch and Zoe Streets.

490 BRANNAN Strada Investment GroupThe developer has submitted a pre-application to redevelop the parking lot into a 13-story office building with light industrial space on the ground floor. The building with have 36,000-square-foot floor plates and a total of 340,000 square feet.

725 HARRISON/HARRISON GARDENS Boston PropertiesThe 2.3-acre site was redesigned for a December 2017 proposal, which presented a curvilinear building with 185 feet of height. The property would include 765,600 square feet of office space, 34,500 square feet of PDR space, 16,100 square feet of public open space, 4,000 square feet of retail, and a subterranean garage for a few hundred cars. The team is also preparing to dedicate approximately 15,000 square feet of the site’s land area to affordable housing.
