PRODUCTION4,500 sqm dedicated to the yarn preparation and elastic production
STORAGEstores are organized in the various workshops for the Raw Materials needed for the production/processing of the semifinished products (WIP) and for the Products that are ready for delivery; moreover the external area is organized for the reception and for the loading of goods.
OFFICESThe office building and management area have been recently built (1,000 sqm)
Warehouses are located at various points in the ship-floor area for storing of Rawmaterial, Semi-finished goods (WIP) and finished products ready for shipments
The company occupies an area of approx. 11,000 sqm, of which 7,000 sqm is the built up area

With all production being done on CNC looms, the company enjoys a vanguard position as a result of continuous and targeted investments in state-of-the art technologies. We guarantee reduced minimum production batches as compared to our competitors and ensure quality products with timely deliveries.
In fact, the presence of specialized machines for the production of elastic tapes ensures an annual output of 500.000 kg of finished product.

The project which began in 2016 has resulted in the birth of the first and only machine for digital printing on elastic tape
Sampling phase and customized pattern creationProcessing is managed right from the pattern design with integrated software
Speed in the preparation of samplingThe daily output corresponds to the weekly output of No. 140 CNC looms. The tape production potential is about two million metres of Elastic bands/year.
Perfection of the dyeing processEvery micron of the rubber used in the bands is coloured or printed. the tape is perfectly dyed in its entirety, even at the moment of its maximum extension.
Printing on both sides with different patternsIt makes printing of different patterns on both sides possible:from plain colour to a pattern or a text, without limitations
Variety of materialsPrinting on materials that are different from each other. In addition to traditional materials, it is possible to print on carbon, silver and bioceramic.

Nastrotex-Cufra uses, for the production of some of its tapes, yarns made from recycled bottles.The yarn derives entirely from post-consumer recycled material through a mechanical process that involves no chemicals, certified 100% Made in Italy throughout the supply chain.
