Our 50th Annversary Celebrations
On 27th June 1968, a Deed of Trust created Cyrenians as a legal constituted entity to support young people identified as homelessness
and vulnerable.
Throughout 2018, Cyrenians will be marking this Anniversary with a series of events and activities to raise awareness of this 50 year journey,
and raise funds to continue our pioneering work.
Our Inca Trek will be co-ordinated by Global Adventures, market leading in their approach; global Adventures has many years of experience in creating
unforgettable treks for charities, businesses, and individuals across the world.

The Inca Trail is a journey though the Andes in Peru, visiting sites and forgotten civilisations. This iconic destination will reveal hidden
treasures.Most people are able to walk this trail but it requires some preparation beforehand. Don't worry, Global Adventures will provide you
with a full training programme!
Itinerary:
Day 1 – Depart UK
Day 2 – Arrive Cusco (3,300m)
Day 3 – Acclimatisation Trek around the Inca sites. Tambomachay to Sacsayhuaman, then to Cusco.Distance – Approx. 8km
Day 4 – The Inca Trail! Trek KM82 (2,650m) to Huallyabamba Campsite (3,000m). Distance – Approx. 11km
Day 5 – Trek Huallyabamba Campsite up to Dead Womens Pass (4,200m). Descend to Pacaymayo Valley Camp (3,600m). Distance – Approx. 11km
Day 6 – Trek Pacaymayo Valley Campsite up to Runkuraqay Pass (3,950m) & Phuyupatamarka Pass(3,600m). Descend to Winay-Wayna Campsite (2,700m). Distance – Approx. 16km
Day 7 – Trek Winay-Wayna Campsite to Inti Punku (Sun Gate), then to Machu Picchu! Distance – Approx. 5km
Day 8 – Free day in Cusco for participants to relax. Celebratory meal in Cusco.
Day 9 – Depart from Cusco.
Day 10 – Arrive back in the UK.

Included in the trip cost is travel, accommodation, aqualified guide, and meals.
Payments can be made in monthly installments or a one-off payment and support with fundraising is available.
