Close eyes & Deep breathe
Slowly & deeply…
Firstly take air in…
& then, let it go.
Deeply &…
As slowly you can!
Do this 5 times
Feel the air go in &
Then come out…
Observe the difference it makes.

Put on some Music
Sit quietly; Close eyes &
Just Listen.
Allow the music to seep into you.
Let it touch you from within.
Feel it going into you and getting absorbed in there.
Experience that, slowly… &
Observe the difference.

Go under water
Shower, swim, anything!
Just let the water touch every portion of your skin.
Close your eyes & Feel that touch.
Experience slowly… &
See the difference it makes.

I prefer walk.
But, Hello! Here don’t close eyes.
You will find a serene spot in sometime; when that happens, stop & now close your eyes.
Feel the wind on your face.
Spread your hands if you like & experience.
Observe the difference.
