Q: When i click navigation icon, there is nothing happened, i can't enter the map?

A: Because you have not set it yet, please set the navigation path step by step, if you can't set,

please contact us!

Q: Why this best car GPS navigation product doesn't preload this country map?

A: We will install map according to your shipping address country (Default is US map), if you are

in another country, please contact us when order, we will

preload it before shipping to you.

Q: I live in the USA, can I get UK map?

A: Yes, you can, please fill your requirement or contact us when order.

Q: Why this top GPS navigator can't find the satellite signal?

A: When the signal is too weak or there is no signal, it not be able to search signal, as GPS signal

cannot penetrate steel cement concrete, the building may block the signal, if you are indoor,

please move to airy place. Check you system setting, whether it has been closed (tool-setting-

system, if closed, it's analog mode), open it, if it's the first time to use or have not used for a long

time, it need to search satellite signal, may take about 10 minutes, then it can provide location

and navigation service.

if the signal is good, not cannot find, please try to reset it, if this does not work, contact us, we

send you the file, you could restore the system.

Q: The device suddenly no GPS signal, how to do?

A: Please open menu, click tool, open setting menu, to go system menu, reset GPS by arrow icon

on the right top corner, then take it to open place (not in car), open the device, let the back

upward, wait about 15 minutes, then it can works. If it suddenly dead, please operate the reset

key on the left body.

Q: Why the map is so old, how can I update the map to the latest?

A: As mapping is a huge long-term work, almost all public mapping agencies update maps slowly,

they may update it one time in several years, but don't worry about this, we will update it to the

newest map when we send the product to you, usually, we always provide map updating service,

you can update it per year,

Q: How can I set the postal code?

A: Please try to set it as this step: Go to 'Navigation'Find 'Find Address' Select 'United Kingdom'

Q: Why my portable GPS navigation no sound?

A: Please tear off the protector film and turn off the FM.

Q: Why it can't work for a long time?

A: Usually, electronic product battery cannot use for long time, the capacity is limited, often is

about 1 hour, the battery is designed just for emergency use, on most of the time, for a long time

use, the navigator need to work with car charger, so when you are on the way, please connect the

item with car by

car charger, it can provide continuous power.

Q: Could i connect it with rearview camera?

A: Yes, if the GPS device has AV-IN, then you can, if none, then it can't, the AV-IN should be
