• • In Mexico breakfast ranges from dawn to mid morning with the meal at dawn being lighter than the meal at mid morning.

• • At dawn usually they drink hot beverages and eat bread.

• • While at mid morning the meals are much more heavier. The dishes are usually fruit, pastries, tortillas and specialty egg dishes like huevos rancheros.

• • Another popular dish is menudo a type of tripe stew that is widely believed to relieve you of a hangover.

• • Food can differentiate from the region you live in such as in Veracruz where they eat a beef or goat stew called birria.

• • The common meal in Britain usually consists of bacon, egg and sausage. This meal is usually accompanied by toast, tea or coffee.

• • Usually on weekends people in Britain have breakfast at a cafe or pub.

• • Some British specialties are kippers a salted, smoked, cooked herring and crumpets a popular bread snack made from flour and yeast.

• • A breakfast in Pakistan usually consists of several common meals. These meals are very heavy but delicious too.

• • One dish is halva puri a combination of the sweet bread halva and the fried bread puri.

• • Siri Paya is another famous food. It is a delicacy in Pakistan. It is a lamb, cow or goat's skull and feet stewed.

• • Nihari is another popular soup that is made from spices and a beef shank.

• • A popular breakfast drink is Lassi a yogurt based drink made from yogurt, water, salt, pepper, ice and Indian spices.

• • In China food varies from the region it comes from.I will show a few examples of food from each region.

• • In Northern China a popular meal is baozia steamed bun with meat or vegetable stuffing

• • In Eastern China a popular breakfast meal is ci fan tuan a food made by tightly wrapping fried dough around glutinous rice and sweetened with soy milk.

• • In Southern China dim sum is very common. It is very many servings of meat, fish, soup, desserts and fruit.

• • Most food in Nigeria originates from the Yoruba people.

• • Evaporated milk is a common drink amongst the Yoruba people

• • Popular foods that originate from the Yoruba people include acaraje a dish made from many black eyed peas that is formed into a ball and deep fried. Another dish is moi moi a bean pudding made from black eyed beans, onions and black peppers.

• • Being a former British colony Nigeria has many foods and drinks similar to the English such as English tea.
