Cell Ministry Conference 2018Rev Dr Naomi Dowdy expounds on the topic CHOSEN – DISCIPLE TO DISCIPLE at the Cell Ministry Conference to be held on Saturday, 3 February 2018, 9am to 5.00pm. Registration closes TODAY.

The Prayer PathIn preparation for Holy Week, come journey with the Lord, walking through 11 stations in a labyrinth. Each person walks the path alone with an audio guide. On the inward part of the journey, we let go of barriers and busyness that stand between us and God. In the middle, we centre on God, contemplating Him in quietness. On the outward journey, we commit to live out our faith in the world. It takes about an hour to complete the journey. What is a labyrinth?Labyrinths were a feature of many medieval cathedrals. They are marked out on the floor, but unlike a maze have only one path - there are no dead ends. People walked the labyrinth slowly, as an aid to contemplative prayer and reflection, as a spiritual exercise, or as a form of pilgrimage.Dates/Times: 19-23 March • Venue: Covenant ChapelSign up for the Prayer Path at the WSCS and GYM Tables TODAY.

prayerFOCUS1. Our church holds its 1st Local Conference for 2018 followed by the monthly LCEC meeting on 30 January. Let us once again unite in prayer to seek for God’s wisdom and guidance for our leaders and pastors so that every discussion, decision made and action taken will bring glory to God. May the Lord help each ministry and organisation to reach out to the members and the community in ways that will draw all to find refuge in God.2. CELL MINISTRY CONFERENCE 2018 - 3 February 2018Pray for the preparation and smooth running of the conference. Pray for the participants that they may be refreshed and recharged as disciples of Jesus and know what it means to be His chosen ones as Rev Dr Naomi Dowdy expounds on the topic CHOSEN – DISCIPLE TO DISCIPLE.3. PLMC TRACKERS 2018Let us pray for the youths from the TRAC churches participating in the three-month discipleship program organised by Trinity Annual Confer-ence. May the Lord help them to understand what it means to take up their cross daily and follow Jesus.4. As we prepare to celebrate the Lunar New Year, let us also ask the Lord for opportunities to share with pre-believers the new life they can have in Christ.5. Continue to pray for Singapore that God will raise up His choice of men and women to take over from the current leadership when the time comes. May the Lord help us to walk in ways that honour and please Him.

May these words of my mouth and this meditation of my heart be pleasing in your sight, Lord,

my Rock and my Redeemer. Psalm 19:14
