Research Director of Gartner

Mr. Darryl Carlton is a Research Director based in Melbourne,

where he undertakes research into applications, strategy and gov-

ernance. His personal research interests cover IT strategy, applica-

tion strategy, application portfolio management, business and IT

alignment, cloud computing, and SaaS in particular.

MAMORU HAYASHI-SAN

Chief Executive Officer of IT Innovation Inc

Hayashi-San is the Founder and President of IT innovation, Inc. and also the

instructor for Nagoya Institute of Technology (Dept. of Computer Science), a

Visiting Professor for Dalian Neusoft Institute of Information. As an expert on

both technology side and human side of IT, he is now working as one of opin-

ion leaders of IT industries in Japan. In 2005, Hayashi-San started a software engineering training

course in India for Japanese using Indian government IT training program (CDAC/ACTS) and in

2009 started to study and develop training program for applying BABOK® to super-upper stage

of the development process. In 2010, In 2011, Hayashi-San started global IT training course at

Dalian, China and in 2013, Hayashi-San has launched ITA strategy course with ATD Learning in

Kuala Lumpur.

KOJI SHIOTA-SAN President of IASA Japan

Koji Shiota has strong and wide variety of business/IT management experience

of more than 20 years. He worked for one of the biggest system integrator

company, NTTDATA Corporation, and a globally famous electronics company,

Sony Corporation, where he planned and implemented many global BPR and

system projects from the standpoint of business group and system group. His strong business

experience in overseas contributed to launch global PMO and global BA/BPM COE organization in

Sony. Integration of his wide covering professional knowledge and long years’ global business

experience in the IT planning & management proves his great expertise in business/IT architecture

space to achieve true business value bridging business and IT. His professional educations and

qualifications include MBA, CITA-A®, CBAP®, PMP®.

Mr. Choong Mun Kit GM of APMG International for ASEAN, Japan and Korea region

Mr Choong has been managing the APMG-International office in

Malaysia since year 2009. He has many years of experience in

finance roles in the Asia Pacific ICT industry with Multi-National

Companies (MNCs) including Compaq, IBM, Alcatel and Quint

Wellington Redwood. He was previously with a Dutch Exam Insti-

tute (EXIN) as Regional Manager – Asia Pacific region. Currently, he is with a leading

UK Exam Institute (APMG-International) which accredits training and consulting

organizations and manages certification schemes for working professionals. He is the

General Manager for ASEAN, Japan and Korea region promoting a wide range of

global qualification schemes of APMG including ITIL, Prince2, CobiT5.0, Lean-IT,

ISO20000, Lean-Six Sigma, and SDI.

Mr. AARON TAN DANI Chairman and Founder, IASA Asia Pacific

Aaron Tan Dani has a strong passion for the IT Architecture and IT Archi-

tecture related fields. Aaron is an Accredited Trainer for TOGAF 9.1 and he

is also an IASA Accredited Trainer in the field of IT Architecture and is the

Co-Author of IT Architecture Body of Knowledge (ITABoK). He was part of

the core team to define the world's first 256 IT Architect's skill set in 2004

in the Seattle, WA, USA. Aaron is also the author of 2 popular training

courses which are part of the IASA Official Curriculum i.e. 2-Days on Business Requirement

Architecture and 3-days on Architecting Software with Object Oriented Analysis and Design. In

addition, Aaron is also the Co-author of IASA IT Architect Certification training courses i.e the 3-

Days IT Architecture Bootcamp and the 5-Days IT Architecture Core that both courses lead to

the global professional certifications for IT Architects. Since December 2009, As an industry

thought leader in the IT Architecture arena, Aaron is a frequent public speaker and he speaks

with passion and charisma and has been consistently ranked in the top 10% in speaker ratings in

most of the international IT events. He has been public speaking frequently since 2004 in Malaysia,

Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong, Vietnam, United Arab of Emirates, USA, Korea and Indonesia,

ate and entertaining presentation style has been well received. He holds a Master of Technology

from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor of Computer and Mathematical Sciences

Chairman, IASA Indonesia Chapter President, APTIKOM

The Chairman of Indonesia Security Incidents Response Team on Internet

Infrastructure and the National Advisor to the Ministry of Communication and

Information Technology, Ministry of Research and Technology, Ministry of

Education and Ministry of Youth and Sports Indonesia. Graduated from ITS Surabaya (Indonesia),

Harvard University (USA), Maastricht School of Management (Netherlands), Leicester University

(UK), University of the City of Manila (Philippines), and London School of Public Relations

(Indonesia). Holding several international certificates from Stanford University (USA), George

Washington (USA), Cambridge University (UK), Wealth Management Association (Asia), and

American Academic of Financial Management (USA). Active as researcher and advisor in several

industries, such as banking and finance, government, education, healthcare, telecommunication,

utility, transportation, mining, oil and gas, retail and distribution, tourism, and other services. Have

published more than 25 books in business, management, and information technology.

MS. DAMARIS BODE

Global Community Director of Iasa Global

Damaris Bode, Community Director at Iasa Globals’ HQ based in

Austin, Texas, US is a passionate advocate of the local and global IT

architect community. Damaris guides and supports over 45 global

chapters and virtual focus groups at Iasa since 2009.

As member of the executive team at Iasa Global, Mrs. Bode participates in the strate-

gic, professional and organizational development of the world’s largest professional

membership association focused on architecture.

Mrs. Bode is on Iasa’s forefront for establishing and developing global partnerships,

programs and membership advantages with the academia, industry, local computer

societies and government sector – all with the goal to make architecture the most

educated, capable, and recognized profession in the world.

DR. ARIFFIN MARZUKI MOKHTAR

Dorector of Health Informatics, Institut Jantung Negara

Dr. Ariffin Marzuki bin Mokhtar is a National Specialist Registered

(NSR) Anesthesiologist that had graduated from the Universiti

Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) (2002), and is currently practicing as a

Consultant Anesthesiologist at the National Heart Institute (Institut

Jantung Negara-IJN), Malaysia. He is a Certified Professional in Health Information

Management and Systems (CPHIMS), a Certified IT Architect- Associate (CITA-A) and

is The Open Group Architecure Framework 9.1 Certified.

Apart from clinical practice in Cardiac Anesthesia and Critical Care, his current job

scope as the Director of Health Informatics (DHI) for IJN includes implementation of

IJNs Enterprise Architecture initiatives, advising the IJNs BOD and Management on

matters pertaining to Information system Governance.

MR. FRANKY YIP Founder of Iasa Hong Kong and Chief Enterprise Architect of

ATD Solution (Hong Kong) Ltd

Franky Yip is the Co-founder and Principle Enterprise Architect of

ATD Solution (HK) Limited. Prior to establishing ATD Solution (HK)

Limited, Franky was the Development Specialist at HSBC, in the

Global Banking and Markets division where he led development

teams located in China and India in deploying various software projects and managing

large and complex IT projects for HSBC IT. With over 18 years of enterprise IT

experiences, Franky spent the early years of his IT career in application development,

specialising in object oriented design and development, mainly in the banking, finance,

and government sectors in Hong Kong. Franky is IASA CITA-Foundation & CITA-

Associate Certified, which are based on IASA’s ITABoK (IT Architecture Body of

Knowledge) as well as the TOGAF 9.1 Certified. He holds a Master of Science in e-

Commerce and Internet Computing from the University of Hong Kong, and a Bache-

lor of Computer and Mathematical Sciences from the University of Western Australia.
