All that was needed was few corrupt psychiatrists and population so removed from civilization that that nobody would ever come to investigate of what is being done there. Such corrupt psychiatrist was quickly located in Canada and his name is Dr. Eric Hood. Report of suicide side effects that Dr. Hood & his team of psychiatric experts observed was send back to Eli Lilly and Co. Elli Lilly was at that stage of getting ready to market this drug & some Smart Aleck who read Dr. Hood’s Report suggested brand name Zyprexa where “Zy†would stand for � Zyklon B poison gas that was used to exterminate millions of Jews during WWII and “prexa†for proxy as it uses victims’ mind & a body as a proxy to commit that murder.� Everything went well Eli Lilly had new blockbuster drug to treat schizophrenia and Toronto shrinks gained perfect murder weapon. Toronto shrinks were also are trying to figure out the way how to diffuse the issue of medical treatment without informed consent of the patient that was going to destroy their effort to defend themselves. Section 2. – (3) Any British subject of the full age of 21 years who effected a change of name in Ontario under any right which existed at law prior to the 26 th day of June 1939, may make an application under this Act to change his name from the name he bore prior to the change to the name he bears as a result of the change. As though the change had not been effected.

Section 3. – (1) Any person who is a British subject and who is at least eighteen years of age, except a married woman, may make an application.

(2) Where the applicant is an infant, he shall be deemed to be of full age for all purposes of this Act.

13. Section 13 – (3) A judge may by order dispense with the necessity of publishing notice of

the application as required by subsection 1 if in his opinion,

(a) the applicant would be unduly prejudiced or embarrassed by such publications;(b) the change of name applied for is of a minor character; or(b) the applicant has been commonly known under the name applied for.Section 14 Clause (e) if the applicant is not a British subject by birth, a notarial copy of the certificate establishing that he is a British subject.

Section 22 – (3) Any person who, after having been convicted of an offence against this Act, again offends against this Act shall be liable to a penalty not more then double the maximum penalty provided for the offence.

(4) Upon making a name change, including through marriage, whereas only one of two marrying partners may apply through this process, the contracted clerical registrar must request that the Applicant swear an affidavit making known the names that are made null and void that were previously used from birth up to the date of the affidavit and listing the name intended to be after the name change is implemented so that only one name is legally identified as used at any time period for one person and that one person may not operate as two or more persons named, or alternate between names or to personate a person or persona that does not legally exist as counted member of the general population.

Section 3. – (1) Any citizen who is at least eighteen years of age, may make an application to the nation of his/er origin where s/he currently resides or where s/he is a legal citizen and currently resides, to effect a name change and shall register the date and the changes and previous name annulment as public information.

(2) Where the applicant is an infant or child under 18 years of age, s/he shall require that only the true legal parent or guardian who holds lawful care and control of the infant or child and who is fully informed and respectful of all rights of persons effected concerning the meaning and purpose of the change then s/he shall be deemed to be of full age, by the signed agreement on the name change Application to be submitted for consideration, between the child, if able to sign, and all whom are lawful parent/s or guardians of the infant or child, for all purposes of this Act.

13. Section 13 – (4) A judge may by order dispense with the necessity of publishing public notice of the application as required by subsection 1, on condition that the non-publication is for purposes of lawful extraordinary reasons of safety and protection if; (a) there is an evident need of safety shown beyond the means of our contracted protection system to provide relief, and the change would not harbor or aid in principles or organizations associated with unjust rights removals or potential risk that may be beyond a persons or communities means of general contracted protections or lurk unsuspecting, immediate or gradual undue hardship or harm to lawful citizens, or conceal public information necessary to make informed votes and processes

during elections, and that the applicant in principle would not unduly prejudice, risk or embarrass individuals or a community or conceal risks of harm or threats with misuse of secrecy by a non-publication order and therefore by such safe reasoning may be granted relief of the obligation to public publications;(b) the change of name applied for is the only known or accessible means known to relieve risk eminent to one’s bare right to life and or reasonable survival and existence if the information were to be publicly accessible.c) there is proof beyond a doubt that the applicant is the person they present to be originally upon making the application, andd) that any records of crimes committed in the applicants past would be registered to the new name change to prevent misuse of the process effectively as a pardon for past crimes without a proper pardon process.

Section 22 – (3) Any person who, after having been convicted of an offence against this Act, shall from the date of conviction be reverted to their original birth or biological name that was in effect before any changes and be liable to a penalty not more then the maximum penalty provided for the offence, and being a new count of offence for each incidence of use of unregistered or no longer effective name in a legal, election, family or financial document or verbal process of such at individual identifiable time periods and in sentencing taking into consideration, i. issues if positions of authority were abused or misinformed in decision making by the change before, during or after the commission of an offence, ii. the gravity of harm intended or ought to have reasonably been realized.

Important Note: The shear volume of strategically primitive omissions we suffer with in Canada throughout all our laws and word definitions, can truly be described as the officials enforcing anarchy against the public. At the same time that there is not enough law description in the areas we direly need it to save our well being, there is too much law in areas that we don’t need it, making double negatives by both areas causing removals of rights, freedoms and safety.

Some changes to individual letters in name changes may be:a) interchanging "p, d, b, g & q";b) erasing a part of an "n" to become an "r";c) "n" upside down is "u" or “v”, and "u" upside down is "n";d) "N" side ways is "z"; e.g. Nadine to Zadinee) "w" upside down become "m" & "m" upside is "w" & sideways to “B” or “K”;f) switching "f" or "fr" and "v";g) switching "v" and "w" or "v" to "r"h) closing off the circle of an "e" to become an "o"….

In Section 341. of the Criminal Code of Canada next shown, Omission repairs suggested are in bold. By removing the bold, you are left with the primitive condition of Canadian Law in comparison to crimes we are facing:

341. ccc. FRAUDULENT CONCEALMENT 341. Every one who, for a fraudulent, morally dishonest, illegal, or negligently allowing purpose, takes, obtains, removes, confines, separates, signs with false or multiple identities or fails to sign what they ought to with true identity, enacts misleading intent purposes and or protocols or conceals anything, crime, reasonable law, evidence, identity, foreign, alternative or conflicting allegiances, protocol, any person, or identity, regardless of gender, age or time lapses is guilty of an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years. R.S., c. C-34, s. 301.

After considerable studies, it becomes obvious that the law omissions are fraudulently concealed in a manner to address & enforce “a lack of law” or primitive inability of defence as in intentions of anarchy. The people want fair law enforced for safety & freedom.
