to a growing no. of innovations that has created new stan-

dards and new products among the manufacturers of veteri-

We take utmost care in our products. All the needles are man-

ufactured using high quality S.S. surgical grade 304 that

meets ISO 9629 size specifications and meets applicable ele-

mental content of ASTM F-899-84 standards. Our needles

are machined and electro polished on precision machines.

Whether the application may be mundane or extremely so-

phisticated, the company has the technical personnel cou-

pled with an experience of more than 40 years to meet any

type of requirement of the customer. We also house our own

R & D department to carry out trials of any new products.

Vaccination is usually done with a reusable stainless steel needle attached to a multiple injector. The number of small animals thatcan be injected with each needle is 500 - 1000. This number depends upon the skill of the vaccination team and the size of the animal. Care should be taken to avoid dulling the needle by injecting through scales. Any accumulated scales and debris should be carefully removed from the needle to maximize needle life and avoid reducing the penetration depth. The length of needle chosen will vary depending upon the species being vaccinated. Needle diameter should be as small as possible while allowing thevaccine to pass through easily.
