Shaping the Future• STEM Premier offers a digital platform, whereby high school and college

students can showcase their talent for prospective schools and employers. (Available to all HOSA members)

• A subscription-based, multi-channel network connecting academic institutions, corporate partners and government agencies to a pool of qualified talent in the U.S. and global markets.

• HOSA-Future Health Professionals and STEM Premier are exploring a strategic partnership that:

- Establishes a joint promotion approach that benefits each equally- Assists in establishing new business relationships with other’s

respective clients- Develops a collaboration that will prove beneficial to both parties in

furtherance of each organization’s mission

Shaping the Future• STEM Premier will provide Premium level of service to current and

future HOSA students and alumni, at no cost to them, during their education, including each of the following:

Creation of a student profile that show cases skills and talents including: certifications, awards, courses, assessment scores, community service, and more in both digital and print format;

Personalized guidance services to help each student in identifying his or her career path through interests;

Access to internships, events and industry specific opportunities; Promotion of academic and technical achievements; Networking capabilities with colleges, universities and

corporations; Opportunities to be rated and ranked for high school students; Badging opportunities as approved by HOSA and other STEM

partners.

Shaping the Future• Digital Badging Access. Customized HOSA achievement badge

administered through STEM Premier. Students can earn and showcase their involvement and achievement within HOSA—showing talent seekers in higher education and industry that they’re prepared for their next steps.

• HOSA Dashboard. Designed and implemented in collaboration with HOSA, with the following features: student tracking, skills breakdown, grade tracker, score tracker, direct student messaging, events management, internship management, scholarship management, and student mapping of all HOSA students.

• HOSA Student Communication Portal. Ability to send internal messages to HOSA students throughout duration of HOSA program and beyond.

• Implementation Package. All materials needed for key stakeholders within HOSA.

• Partner company/college discounts available.

Shaping the Future• HOSA will provide:

Support implementation of customized digital HOSA Badge to all HOSA participants based on criteria set by HOSA that will be distributed through the STEM Premier platform with the support of STEM Premier.

Actively promote the adoption of and provide access to STEM Premier to all HOSA students (ages 13 and older) and alumni by leveraging HOSA communication channels to the HOSA network.

Promote the purchase of Seat Licenses to HOSA College and Corporate Partners.

Encourage HOSA Partners to list the following on STEM Premier’s website: internships, scholarships, events and corporate profiles.

Shaping the Future• Marketing:

HOSA will feature STEM Premier logo on its homepage and other home pages.

HOSA will feature STEM Premier logo in resource materials. HOSA will provide opportunities for STEM Premier to present and/or

train HOSA network when appropriate. HOSA will feature the STEM Premier logo on promotional literature. STEM Premier will feature HOSA’s logo(s) on its homepage. STEM Premier will feature HOSA’s logo(s) on promotional literature. Joint press release announcing the partnership.

1. Invite former HOSA, Inc. Board Chairs and National Presidents as special guests.
