I felt such joy knowing that God is helping us to become the church that heaven will be like. ALL God’s children rejoicing together to give honor and glory to God. Special thanks to Donna & Garren Burdette and all their awesome workers for the great job they do day in and day out. It takes a team to get it done and the Lord has blessed our children’s ministry with a great team of leaders. Be sure to speak to them, drop them a line by mail, text, Facebook or Twitter and let them know how much you appreciate them. The church also gave special recognition to Rev. Charles Buster Ball on Sunday morning. Due to limitations of age that our church insurance puts on drivers of church vehicles, Bro. Buster will not be able to drive the vans any longer. However, nothing prevents him from continuing to work in this ministry that God birthed in his heart over 42 years ago. Bro. Buster has picked up hundreds and hundreds of children over the years. No doubt, many of them are in church today because of his efforts and the efforts of others like him. To top it off, Bro. Richard Bishop is writing a book about Buster Ball and all proceeds with go to our church Bus & Van ministry. What an honor to be given to Bro. Buster!!!!!! Please let Bro. We will announce the date to our couples at the retreat and then we will make it public for everyone else. We hope to move the Retreat around from the Mountain area to the Coast area. Pastor’s Notes:

I am confident in our future!!!!

If you were not here Sunday

morning, then you may not

know what I’m talking about. Our Children’s

Ministry was in charge of the service and did a wonderful job! Their singing, worship, dramas,

etc…all helped the service to build towards the altar time. The youth drama also was powerful

and helped set the stage for what God had in mind. Chains were broken and captives were set

free!!! Hallelujah!!! I saw children in the altar….youth….young adult….and adult, all in the

altar together. I saw white children, black children, brown children….all in the altar together. I

felt such joy knowing that God is helping us to become the church that heaven will be like. ALL

God’s children rejoicing together to give honor and glory to God. Special thanks to Donna &
