In accordance with Title 30 CFR Part 250.1000; Arena Offshore, LP (Arena) is requesting approval to replace the riser section between the +15' elevation boarding valve and pipeline SDV of the referenced pipeline segment at the East Cameron Block 328 B platform as detailed in the attached procedure.

NDE results obtained in April 2019 identified multiple areas of wall loss on the riser piping between the boarding valve and the SDV. Piping will be replaced in order to maintain MAOP.

5) PROPOSED PROCEDURE

a. Brief description of the method to be used: Pipeline Segment 10376 / Bi-directional Gas Pipeline from EC 328B / 4" MAOP 1440 PSIG / KAA-9400

1) Operators will shut-in platform and bleed down system pressure

2) Lock close 4" boarding valve at the +15' elevation and close valves upstream of ICP, bleed pressure above the boarding valve, and confirm that 4" valve is holding. If valve does not hold pressure, install certified skillet at valve flange.

3) Disconnect and remove bad sections of riser piping and ICP upstream of SDV to be replaced

4) Install new sections of riser/ICP pipe, fit up, and flange up New piping has been hydrotested onshore to 1.5 x MAOP or 2220 psig for eight (8) hours.

5) Remove certified skillet from boarding valve, install new gasket with studs, Open up 4" boarding valve.

6) Visual leak test piping at 1200 psig for 2 hrs and confirm all flanges are holding.

7) Return pipeline to service.
