Proposed Community Benefits
• Due to the low utility demands of a self-storage facility, this development is allowing the city to reserve more wastewater capacity in an impact fee area than what would be required for another use in the Suburban Commercial district.
• This self-storage facility will permit business activities between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm. After these business hours, the site will operate on reduced lighting and restrict access to its tenants, eliminating traffic, noise and other nuisances to the surrounding residences in the evenings.
