these conditions, return thedistribution media, documentation, and associatedmaterials to the vendor

from whom the softwarewas purchased, and erase the software from anyand all storage devices upon

which it may have beeninstalled.

This license agreement shall be governed by the

laws of the United Kingdom and shall inure to the benefit of 404Games or its assigns.

Disclaimer / limitation of liability:

Buyer acknowledges that the software may not befree from defects and may not satisfy all of

buyer'sneeds. The software and any accompanying writtenmaterials are licensed "as is". Buyer's

exclusiveremedy during the warranty period shall consist ofreplacement of distribution media if

determined tobe faulty. In no event will 404Games be liable fordirect, indirect, incidental or

consequential damageor damages resulting from loss of use, or loss ofanticipated profits resulting

from any defect in theprogram, even if it has been advised of thepossibility of such damage. Some

laws do not allowthe exclusion or limitation of implied warranties orliabilities for incidental orconsequential damages,so the above limitations or exclusion may not apply.
