Historic Homes400 Fairview
College Park was dedicated in 1921, and six lots were set aside to establish affordable housing on the south side of Texas A&M College. For the sum of $14,600 Howell Lumber built six homes with the same floorplans and supplies, and 5 of the 6 homes remain today, including the one at 400 Fairview. Over the years, there have been several owners, some notable, others not so.
