This has reference to subject matter and as per the discussion we first of all thank you for the interest

shown on our products.

We are hereby pleased to submit our proposal as under for your perusal:

400 KVAR APFC PANEL

Item:

Supply of factory built floor mounted auto-manual power factor correction panel of 400 KVAR

capacity having 3 phase APP ISI marked power capacitor in twelve steps (5+10+15+20+25x2+50x6)

provided with thyristor switching to suppress switching of inrush current and reducing harmonics to

improve capacitor life.

The system shall have micro processor based power factor controller provided in the command module

for target P. F setting with digital P. F. display.

The system shall be provided with required capacity master ACB to check its main operating

parameters such as over loads, short circuit, etc.

The panel shall be made of 14 gauge thick CRCA Sheet including painting with powder coating

provided with cooling fans and grills for proper ventilation, interconnections with suitable size

conductor cables & lugs and accommodating factory fitted switchgears & accessories.

The above prices are based on the following Terms & Conditions:-

1) Prices : F.O.R. Works

2) Excise duty : Extra @ 12.36%.

3) Sales-tax : Extra 2% Against Form C or @12.5% VAT extra if C form not given.4) Payment : 50% advance and balance against Performa Invoice.

5) Delivery : Within 8-12 weeks after receipt of technical cum commercial clear.

Purchase order along with advance.

6) Octroi & insurance: Extra

7) Validity of offer: 1 month.

8) Guarantee : 1 Year from date of supply against any manufacturing defect.
